We also collect information through third party sources, such as Facebook or LinkedIn, for instance if you choose to apply via one of those services.

Your personal data will be disclosed internally to those who have a work related need to do so in connection with the recruitment process. Only a limited number of employees will have access to your data, including the hiring manager and our recruitment team.

Data processors

Visma Labs s.r.o. shares your data with third parties in order to perform activities on our behalf. For instance, we use a third party provider to provide us with a recruiting software system. The processing of your personal data in external systems is always based on a Data Processing Agreement between  Visma Labs s.r.o. and the data processor, where sufficient privacy measures are in place to ensure that your personal data is processed accordingly.

If data processors are located outside the EU/EEA, Visma Labs s.r.o. ensures a legal basis for such international transfers on your behalf, hereunder by using the EU Model Clauses.

Public authorities

We may also transfer your personal data to the police or other authorities if they demand that personal information from Visma Labs s.r.o. be handed over. In these cases,  Visma Labs s.r.o. will only hand over the information if there is, for instance, a court order ordering us to do so.

How long will the personal data be processed?

Personal data will be stored and processed by e-Visma Labs s.r.o.  for as long as deemed necessary with regards to the purposes stated above.
